Monthly School Planner

An monthly calendar or planner such as this one is useful when you have meetings or activities at set times during the day and can be an effective tool to use when you are at school or work, especially during the morning, afternoons, or evenings (during each part of the day). 

1. Select a design of your planner or a monthly planner template. Ideally, you start by downloading this calendar planner template (or browse for different calendar templates on our website). You can use the hourly planner template as-is, or you can select any daily planner and add a daily hourly schedule template to it.
2. Modify if necessary, for example, hour by hour, a breakdown into half-hour time frames or 3 or 4 timeslots per day (morning, afternoon, evening, night). These planners break down calendar days into hours. If there is space, then the hours will be further broken down into quarter hours.
3. Simply edit the text. It’s easy to add additional text. You can change the font, the size, and the color of the font or change it to anything else such as “goals”. You can also upload your images if you want. 

The idea is for you to make the best hourly planner printable for your needs, so feel free to change anything you want. If you want to print a daily planner for each day of the month, then either print numerous copies of the same page or create variations and edit each page before you print.
