Even today, one hundred and eighty years later, Waterloo is synonymous with defeat.36 If toxic leadership exists at the senior strategic levels of the military, what are some specific strategic recommendations the military can implement to help reduce or eliminate toxic leaders The following three strategies are recommendations for the Department of Defense to adopt in the next three to five years to reduce toxicity and 15 create a better culture of leaders..
