HTML Preview Letter Of Recommendation For A Coaching Job page number 1.

To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is a personal reference for Coach Todd Malecki, and his Icemen
Basketball program. I have known Todd for about fifteen years. He was a
Community College coach for a number of years and is highly respected in the
coaching profession. Coach Malecki moved out to Riverside a few years ago
and started his Icemen program soon afterward. Although new to the area the
Icemen program started in 1995, helping younger kids learn to play. Coach
Malecki is a tireless worker and “student of the game”. His philosophy and
practice preparation separate him from most club programs. The emphasis on
“sharing the basketball” and “defense” make the Icemen program unique as
players improve in every phase of the game. He stresses fundamentals and
learning how to play the game the “right way” and as a result his players are
known to have a high “Basketball IQ”. He is a tough, but fair, and every player
has fun in the program.
The Icemen program doesn’t recruit, doesn’t cheat, and is into helping kids reach
their highest potential. Coach Malecki has started the Murrieta/Temecula high
school All Star Game, taken kids to Showcases in front of college coaches and
has built a top travel team program. When Coach Malecki refers someone to us,
we listen. His latest team went 39-3 in the Spring/Summer of 2008 with a
Runner up finish in the prestigious Double Pump, Best of Summer Showcase.
I give Coach Malecki my highest recommendation.
Sincerely,
John O’Neill
