Foreword
This Manual has been prepared in accordance with the Civil Aviation Rules /
Regulations of (Insert country) for the use and guidance of Civil Aviation Authority
and Industry personnel and contains all the relevant information with respect to the
philosophy, development and approval of the Master Minimum Equipment List
(MMEL) and Minimum Equipment List (MEL).
(Insert NAA/country) Operations and Airworthiness Inspectors are expected to use
good judgement in matters where specific guidance has not been given and be
aware of the need for revision to the present information as new requirements
evolve.
