Inclement Weather Policy
The Adventure Park is open, rain or shine. However, in the event of thunderstorms
or dangerous high winds, we may close the courses temporarily until the weather
clears. Although
we cannot issue any refunds
, we are more than willing to offer the
following accommodations when acts of Mother Nature cause us to close the park:
YOU MAY CHOOSE TO EXTEND YOUR TICKET TIME, AND WAIT UNTIL THE WEATHER PASSES — OR—
IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 90 MINUTES (1.5HRS) LEFT ON YOUR TICKET:
you will receive a RAINCHECK FOR 1 FULL ADMISSION
for your next visit.
IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 90 MINUTES (1.5HRS) LEFT ON YOUR TICKET:
You will receive a RAINVOUCHER FOR 50% OFF your next visit.
BOTH THE RAINCHECK & VOUCHER ARE VALID THROUGH
