Campers are expected to know their own clothing – they should pack for themselves at home to be in practice to
pack at the end of camp.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund is provided up to 10 days prior to the camp start date.
- 80% refund is provided 1-9 days prior to the camp start date.
- No refund the day camp begins.
- If a camp is canceled, campers may select a different camp – or the registration fee will be returned.
Please mark your cameras. All cameras need to have campers name and camp session identified.
Shoes must be worn outside at all times. There is gravel, prickly plants and other things that we prefer to avoid.
Lost items that are not claimed within a week after the camp session will be cleaned and put in our Appalachian
mission box.
The gift shop is open the last day of camp. Items available include t-shirts, sweatshirts, beanie babies, Frisbees and
posters.
Car keys to be turned in during check-in and are not available during camp sessions.
It is recommended that contacts through e-mail, phone calls and/or uploading information to
social network sites (examples: Facebook, My Space, Twitter) be held until after the event
concludes. This will limit exposure of participants while they attend an event.
Please do not bring:
Alcohol
Drugs
Snacks – snacks attract critters in the sleeping areas
Tobacco products
Rollerblades/Skates/Skateboards
Weapons
Electronics
Personal CD players/iPods are generally acceptable
during cabin time – rest hour and bedtime.
Cell phone policy: Phones are to be
unavailable during group times.
