Problem was no water to drifter & rod. Speak to
operator to find out what problem was occurring.
The water was not getting to the rod. Check that
water had pressure as it is air pressure over
water. The pressure was fine. Remove the tap
to make sure the water was going through and it
was. The water system had alot of rust and was
blocking the lines. Clean all rust our of water
system. Was fine.

Check shank, it rotates free turned just by hand.
Removed flushing head and reverse percussion
housing. Found broken shank in driver. Remove
driver housing.Wash and clean all housings. Fitter
form "Data plant service" pressed out broken driver
nut andpressed in niw one. Replaced rings and
needle bearings. Put in new shand an assemble all
housings.Torque flushing hed huts to 600nm. Check
accumulators for oil leaks and recharged them. LP 4
Bar, HP 40 Bar. Test drill one hol - drills good.
