Inventory Report
January 2013
The results of our automated inventories of library materials completed each January are below. The chart indicates the number of
missing items. Items may be unaccounted for due to a number of reasons, including: stolen, inadvertent walk-away or error during
check out. Each year five to ten items are returned that have been marked missing in the annual inventory. After running the initial
report on January 25, two items have already been returned or found. The numbers below reflect the adjusted total. This year the
number of videotapes was higher due to a miscommunication in the weeding process.
