Project Management Certificate
Project Managers may be skilled at putting a project together, but the project may still fail if conflict arises,
resources get pulled, or stakeholders don’t feel comfortable with the status of the project. Project Managers
need to communicate, motivate, problem-solve, conduct meetings and make sure the job gets done.
This certificate equips Project Managers with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly to ensure people
will want to collaborate with them. It helps them to communicate confidently and comfortably with people
at all levels of the organization in both formal and informal situations. It also gives the essential tools such as
how to facilitate discussions, problem-solve with confidence, run effective meetings, and manage conflict to
help projects get done on time and within budget.
