REGARDING HISTORIC SITE MW004
Dear Mr. Kay:
This letter is to acknowledge receipt of your letter AES-O-NRC-12-01979 dated February 4,
2012, regarding your intent to proceed with site construction activities following completion of
the required mitigation actions for historic Archaeological Site MW004. Your letter states that
AREVA Enrichment Services, LLC, (AES) has completed the mitigation actions in compliance
with the approved treatment plan and the Memorandum of Agreement between the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), the Idaho State Historic Preservation Office, and AES.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 2.390 of the NRC’s “Rules of
Practice,” a copy of this letter will be available electronically in the NRC Public Document Room
or from the NRC’s Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
