PARENT - TEACHER MEETING REPORT (Institute level)
First Parent Teacher Meeting in the current academic year was conducted on August 9, 2014.
One hundred and thirteen parents were reported for the meet. The Department wise attendance of
Parent Teacher Meeting is as follows.

3. Electronics & Tele com. - 27
4. Mechanical Engineering - 24
5. Civil Engineering - 14
6. Total - 113
The Parent Teacher Meeting was conducted as per the following schedule -
• Registration of parents at the registration desk at 10 :00 am
• Distribution of feedback forms at the registration desk
• Commencement of parent teacher meeting with speech of Prof. N. P. Pathak, Dean
Academics, VIIT.
• Felicitation of toppers (Department wise)
• Speech delivered by Dr. B. S. Karkare , Principal , VIIT
• Question answer session of the parents with Dr. B. S. Karkare & Prof. N. P. Patahk
• Vote of thanks to the parents
• Conclusion of meeting at 12 :00 pm followed by tea and snacks for the parents
• Collection of feedback forms at the registration desk
• Commencement of parent teacher meeting at the Department at 12 :30 pm
• Analysis of the feedback forms at Institute level for Department of Mechanical
Engineering is attached here with
NOTE:
Request to all the Department Coordinators for parent meeting to prepare and make feedback
analysis report of their Department and submit it to Principal at the earliest.
