I created an example Gantt Chart available at http://mil.ufl.edu/4914/docs/Gantt_example.xls . You can
modify this chart, changing the tasks and the starting dates and days per subtask or you can create your
own.
There is an excellent website that can help you make a Gantt Chart at http://ganttproject.biz/ .
There is a step-by-step procedure for creating a Gantt Chart in Excel at the following URL:

This procedure was not very clear. I suggest you use my example chart instead.
I used Excel to create a Gantt Chart with the data below for two imaginary students (Kelly and Pat).
