AMS Incentive Payment
Letter
Once you start to send electronic claims to PSD you become eligible for the AMS incentive payment.
The payment is currently 5p for the first 500 forms you submit electronically in a month,
2p for every form thereafter with no upper limit.
Your payment is stated in a letter you will receive each month headed AMS Incentive Payment.

The letter explains that this payment will be paid and reported by this interim method until it has can be integrated into
the PSD system.
In our example - for October 2008 the contractor was paid £46.02.
This amount forms part of the Adjustment payment at (H) on the PAY001 B CP, along with the totals from the
Adjustment Report, Contract Preparation Payments report and Public Health Service Payments report. See our
