Mercer and Monmouth counties), New York, Rhode Island and Vermont.
q Mid-Colonial District: Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey (south of the northern borders of Burlington and
Ocean counties), Pennsylvania and the Virginia counties of Arlington and Fairfax and the towns located
within the connes of those counties.
