Job Description – Electrical Engineer
Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Reports to: Engineering Department Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
Browns Hill is looking for an electrical engineer with 3+ years experience to fill a full-time position at its
Littleton, Colorado office. The ideal candidate will provide electrical and controls design for projects as
well as engineering assistance for projects within the company as assigned, work to make sure
assignments are completed within budget and on schedule, and communicate effectively with team
members on project status and needs.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Complete all system design & control projects (wiring diagrams, schematics, etc) accurately and
in a timely manner.
2. Assist the Department Manager in the development of company standards for drawings, wiring
diagrams, installation details, and specifications.
3. Proactively coordinate with project managers, programmers, field technicians, and clients.
4. Assist the Dept Manager in promoting and marketing the Company.
5. Support other departments by providing design work and programming as needed.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 3+ years experience in electrical engineering.
2. Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office suite.
3. BSEE degree from an ABET accredited university in engineering highly preferred.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Strong technical and analytical proficiency with the ability to multi-task effectively and thrive in a
team environment.
6. EIT certification and programming experience desirable.
7. Familiarity with water/waste water applications a plus.
