Dear Ms. Balter:
Please find enclosed Amendment No. 3, terminating License No. 08-31082-02 as requested by
your letter dated September 21, 2016. This termination is concurrent with issuing new License
No. 19-35386-01. This termination is being issued in accordance with the requirements of the
applicable NRC Termination Rule in 10 CFR 30.36. All facilities previously used for licensed
activities may be released for unrestricted use.
An environmental assessment for this action was not required, since this action is categorically
excluded under 10 CFR 51.22(c)(14) and (20).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available
electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRC’s
Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC
Web Site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
