CHRISTMAS PARTY
Christmas Meeting/Party (Sat, Dec. 10th, 5 pm at the Chesaning K of C Hall, upstairs)
ITINERARY
1. Friday evening around 6pm, extra hands could be used to help with the
hall setup and decoration.
2. Saturday around noon Tractor pull rules meetings (call chairman for
info)
3. Sat. 5 pm, regular business meeting
4. After meeting, Pot Luck Dinner (please bring a passing dish) Meats and
potatoes provided, beer available in the bar.
5. After dinner, Santa arrives for the kids. Contact Rebecca Weisenberger to get
your kid on the list. Also accepting non-perishable food donations
or cash to be passed on to a needy family in the group.
6. Blind Auction, bring a wrapped gift if you wish (include a note on the
outside hinting at contents or who might need it),
plus all of your un-needed cash
7. General socializing, hope to see you there.
