Meeting called to order by the Chairman-Duane Eldon Herman at
6:00 P.M.

3. Chairman’s Overview: The cost of mailing is cost prohibitive
so I am recommending the following correspondence
protocols:

: Utilize the existing Web Site and the Face book page
as the primary.

nd
: Utilize the email addresses as the next form of
communication. Each Decade would be responsible for the
emails.
3
rd
: The last form of communication would be the less
cost effective, that being mailing.
As of this writing the Face Book page has 163 going, 171
Maybe’s and 789 Invited. The Web Page since its inception
has had good results and we currently have the 50’s
Decade, 60’s Decade and the 70’s & 80’s Decade fliers
posted at the Web Site. Any mailings that would go out
would be subsequent to April 1, 2017, discussion on this
proposal is welcome. Let’s remember that currently we do
not have the finances to do a complete mailing.
A meeting was held on February 1, 2017; those attending
this meeting were the Officers of JRRAAF’s, Booster Club,
