Family and Friends,
The wedding is getting closer and many of you are planning ahead. This agenda will give you an
idea of how to plan for the wedding weekend and also serves as your invitation to the rehearsal dinner at
The County Line Barbeque, Friday at 7:00pm. For those of you in the wedding party, we plan to meet at
Shirley Acres at 5:00pm for the rehearsal. This should take no longer than one hour. Traffic tends to be
rather heavy so we are allowing plenty of time for travel to the rehearsal dinner site. Saturday evening we
are hosting a gathering of family and close friends at our home from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. We will provide
pizza, soda, and tea. Please feel free to bring your own alcoholic beverage. This will be very casual – we
hope the weather will cooperate and allow us to relax outdoors so bring comfortable clothes and games for
the kids!

10:00am – 8pm Groomsmen pick up tuxedos at Al’s Formal Wear (Greenspoint Mall)
1:00pm Bridesmaids Luncheon at Something Different Tea Room
5:00pm Rehearsal for wedding party at Shirley Acres
7:00pm Rehearsal dinner at The County Line Barbeque
April 27

Saturday –
11:00am Ceremony at Shirley Acres (outdoor garden area)*
11:30am Reception at Shirley Acres (pavilion)
3:00pm Reception ends
6:00pm Celebration continues at Jeremy and Karen’s house
10:00pm Time to say good-bye
*In case of rain, ceremony will be held in the pavilion.
