• Parttimeposition(MondaythroughFriday,3:30pm–7:30pm)
• Hourly,Non‐exempt
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providethefirstpointofcustomercontactforinquiriessuchaspricing,productinformation,
shipments,distributorsearchinformationandorders
• Ensuredeliveryofexcellentcustomerservicethroughtimelyandaccurateprocessingoforders,
communicationandcoordinationwithotherdepartmentstoresolveinquiries
• Buildandmaintaincustomerloyaltybyprovidingpromptfriendlyservice
• Supportthesalesteaminavarietyofadministrativetasksasrequired
• Provideandassistwithtechnicalinformationabouttoolsandmaterials
