Equipment orders will be placed the 1st and 15
th
of each month.
A receipt for purchase will be provided upon KFWF depositing funds.
Shipping will be direct from distributor to shipping address provided above.
Purchaser will be notified via e-mail upon equipment being shipped from distributor.

Upon receiving equipment on site, please notify Katie Haymes (katie.haymes@ky.gov) to execute
invoice for payment.
