If you plan to mail your matriculation fee, please print this form and mail it with your check or money order. Please
be sure to write your name and nine-digit student ID# on both the form and your check. Your nine-digit student
ID# is located on your offer letter. Also, please sign and date this form prior to mailing it.
Please complete and return this response form, along with your $400 deposit postmarked on or before the date
indicated on your offer letter. The deposit should be a check or money order made payable to “Treasurer, Virginia
Tech.” If we do not receive your acceptance along with the deposit by the deadline indicated on your offer letter,
your offer of admission will be withdrawn.
Our primary method of communication with students is via email. Once you create your Virginia Tech PID, we will
communicate with you through your Virginia Tech email account.
