COMMISSIONERS COURT OF COMAL COUNTY TEXAS
NOTICE is hereby given that a REGULAR meeting of COMMISSIONERS COURT will be held on
Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 8:30 AM in the Commissioners Courtroom, 100 Main Plaza, New
Braunfels, Texas. You may visit our website at

Before each regular session will be an invocation and pledges to the flags. All persons in attendance are invited to
participate or not at their own personal discretion.

2. Discuss and consider approval of the Amendment to Plat of Cordova Bend at Canyon
Lake, Unit One-R, combining Lots 150 and 151, establishing Lot 150R. (Pct. 1)
3. Discuss and consider approval of the Amendment to Plat of Mountain Springs Ranch,
Unit Three, combining Lots 509 and 510, establishing Lot 509R. (Pct. 1)
4. Discuss and consider: final approval of the subdivision plat of Alto Lago, Unit 1,
approval of variances, and acceptance of Construction Bond SUR0033784 as surety for
road construction and storm water drainage improvements; and authorize County Judge
to sign the variance requests and construction bond. (Pct. 1)
5. Discuss and consider approval of the Amendment to Plat of Vintage Oaks at the
Vineyard, Unit 2, combining Lots 594 and 595, establishing Lot 594R. (Pct. 1)
6. Discuss and consider approval of the Amendment to Plat of Vintage Oaks at the
