and Furniture facility.
Sir,
Sealed quotations are invited for the hiring of contractor for providing Tentage and
Furniture facility in the O/o Deputy Commissioner (Central), GNCT of Delhi at the time of
programmes organized by this office. It is therefore, requested to submit the competitive rates
for sanitation work as per enclosed format at ANNEXURE – A.
The quotations addressed to the SDM(HQ/CT), O/o Deputy Commissioner (Central), 14,
Darya Ganj, Delhi should reach in this office by 12.7.2010 up to 3.00 PM positively. The
quotation format duly filled should be forwarded by proper letterhead of the firm and duly signed
by the bidder. Whereas EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be returned in due course. The
firms/Govt. Co-op. stores which are exempted from EMD are not required to submit the EMD.
The department reserves all the rights to accept or reject any quotation without assigning
proprietor or authorize representative of the firm. The EMD of Rs.10,000/- in form of DD in
favour of DDO, O/o DC (Central) may be submitted along with the quotation. The successful
bidder shall have to deposit performance security of Rs.50,000/- in the form of DD or FDR or
Bank Guarantee of nationalized bank. This tender is valid for the period of one year from the
date of issuance of work order.
