thatfalsestatementsmaysubjecttheOfferortocriminalpenaltiesof18U.S.C.1001.TheOfferoragrees

tomeetalltheminimumrequirementsofthedraftsamplelease,andtheRFP,andthattheOfferorhas

providedallofthemandatoryinformationspecifiedintheRFPinordertobeconsideredforselection.



TheOfferorcertifiesinaccordancewith2C.F.R.Part180and1400thefollowing:



● NoneoftheindividualsorentitiesseekingparticipationinthisLeasearepresentlydebarred,

suspended,proposedfordebarment,declaredineligible,orvoluntarilyexcludedfromapublic

transactionbyafederaldepartmentoragency.

● WithinthethreeyearsprecedingsubmissionoftheProposal,noneoftheindividualsor

entitiesseekingparticipationinthisLeasehavebeenconvictedoforhadaciviljudgment

renderedagainstthemforcommissionoffraudoracriminaloffenseinconnectionwith

obtaining,attemptingtoobtain,orperformingapublic(federal,stateorlocal)transactionor

contractunderapublictransaction,orforviolationoffederalorstateantitruststatutesorfor

commissionofembezzlement,theft,forgery,bribery,falsificationofrecords,makingfalse

statements,orreceivingstolenproperty.
