This skill is at a level and quality that significantly exceeds expectations for the student’s current
level of study.
Acc = Accommodated
Outcomes of the subject area have not been changed, but accommodations are required such as, extra
time, technology, use of manipulatives, reduced number of questions, etc.
Mod = Modified
The grade level curriculum outcomes of a subject area have been changed to address the specific
needs of a student. With modification, the majority (50% or more) of the outcomes of the grade level
curriculum have been altered.
