JC welcomed everyone to the meeting.

3. Summer Tournament 2015
JC stated that date of the tournament has been confirmed for Saturday 30
th
/ Sunday 31
st
May.
JC and the Executive Committee made a decision to outsource the tournament this year.
JC explained the reasons why the tournament has been outsourced:
To increase revenue created
To decrease the workload of committee members and coaches within the youth
section.
CS Coaching and Event Management have agreed to organise and deliver the NPL
Tournament. Colin Smith (CS) attended the meeting and thanked the club for the
opportunity.
