Please note the following terms and conditions of our delivery service:
- We deliver between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
- We provide insulated boxes with dry ice (do not touch) to maintain product safety and quality.
- Once delivered it is your responsibility to freeze immediately.
- If no one is available to accept the order, it will be left at door or returned to us.
- Additional delivery charges to rural areas or downtown Toronto may apply.
