- Facility management -- Coordinate facility use to maximize space within time constraints to meet
all varsity practice, competition requirements and other non NCAA athletic events
o Ensure Staff preparation in setting up and running 280 athletic activities per week
o Work closely with support operations personnel ensuring quick transitions made to
accommodate classes, Intramurals and Varsity practice—over 300 annual facility changes
- Committee member on 2010 NCAA Certification team for Athletic Department Diversity plan
o Conducted review of institutional policy and practice to ensure Gender and Diversity goals
are met across the department for both the Student Athlete and department employees
o Received top ratings from NCAA Certification team – blueprint for other Universities
- Fulfilled liaison duties for athletic department, to include public relation responsibilities across
