Purpose
ProvideavarietyofcomplexadministrativesupportdutiestotheGeneralManagerandAdministration
Manager,includingcallandemailscreening,maintainingcalendars,scheduling,correspondence,typing,
dataentry,research,analysis,projectmanagement,writingreports,filing,anddocumentpreparation;
AssistClerkoftheBoardwithpacketpreparation,Boardcommunications,preparationofdraftminutes,
andotherdutiesasneededorassigned.
Supportandmaintainanefficient,effectiveandorganizedofficebyprovidinghigh‐leveladministrative
supporttoBoard,StaffandCACthroughpreparation,updating,writing,compiling,formattingandproof
readingdocumentssuchaspolices,minutes,forms,procedures,andotheragency‐relateddocumentation;
fileanddatamanagement,mailinglistmanagement,organizationandplanning;
professionalverbaland
writtencommunicationamongstBoard,Staff,CAC,otherorganizations,vendorsandmembersofthe
public;Maintainingscheduleofdeadlines;ensuringthatofficesystemsandproceduresareinplaceand
functioningatoptimumlevels;identifyandsuggestimprovements;maintainfilingareas,sharedworkand
storageareas;superviseReceptionist,maintain
continuityatfrontdeskwithcontinuousstaffing.
ProvideAdministrationandHumanResourcessupportbymaintainingemployee/HRISdatabase,formatting
policies,procedures,informationaldocuments,andotheragencydocumentationrelatedtohuman
resources,assistingwithrecruitment,interviewscheduling,applicationprocessing,benefit
enrollment/terminationprocessing,safetytrainingschedulingandtracking,evaluationscheduling.

• Reviewmaterialsforcompleteness,accuracy,format
• Understandandapplyapplicablepoliciesandprocedures,laws,regulations,andrules
• MaintaincalendarsincludingGooglecalendars,meeting
calendars,andothersasassigned;
organizeandschedulemeetings.
• Maintainofficefilingsystemincludingpaperfiles/filecabinets,sharedelectronicfiles.
• Implementandmaintainagency‐widefilenamingconventionforsharedelectronicfiles;prepare
andmaintainsharedelectronicfilingstructureforallcomputers.
• Organizeandmaintainvarious
administrative,reference,libraryitemsandotherfiles.
• SupportRecordsManagementprogram;identifyandprocessdocumentsforarchivingor
destruction;maintainandkeepcurrentallsafedepositboxcontents.
