Youth Football and Cheerleading Sponsorship Proposal

On behalf of Panama City Beach Youth Football Team, we would like to extend an invitation to you and your company to become a sponsor of our youth football
program. We are a community non-profit and a completely volunteer staffed organization. Our mission is to provide quality recreation and skill development in the
game of football for all youth in Bay County that participate in the Panama City Beach Youth Football Team ages 5-12.
Please take some time to review the sponsorship information. I am confident you will find a level of sponsorship that will be comfortable for your company as
well as beneficial to our organization and community youth participants.
We are completely Non-Profit. Our Tax ID# 59-365-7577.

Platinum Circle Sponsor: $2,500 and up
- Business name and logo on individual sponsorship
banners displayed at each home game; Your company or name listed on our

Gold Touchdown Sponsor: $1000
- Business name and logo on individual sponsorship
banners displayed at each home game; Your company or name listed
on our web site; letter of appreciation and a special gift from our
children.
Silver
Field Goal Sponsor: $250 to $500
- Your company or name listed on our web site; letter of appreciation
and a special gift from our children.

Bronze Football Sponsor : $100
- Your company or name listed on our web site and a letter of appreciation.
Any amount of donation is highly appreciated and welcome. We guarantee that your
donations go directly to providing the best environment and care with these children
and the Dolphins organization.
Possible sponsors, such as yourself are crucial for funding this great
organization that has been a local staple for over 40 years in our
community. Your support will open many new opportunities for these
children, as well as help develop the mechanics necessary to enhance their
sports skills and the necessary mentorship to grow in their development
into young adults. Also, your contribution has and will enable them to
participate in distinguished tournaments around the region. These events
will broaden their discipline and character, on and off the field, which is
invaluable to their future endeavors.
As you can imagine, there are many expenses involved in managing a
youth football and cheerleading organization. Our Executive Board and
staff are happy and honored to be in a completely voluntary position in
running this organization and watching the children grow, learn and help
our community through volunteer work. Your sponsorship will
logistically provide for the purchase of uniforms, insurance, football
equipment, referees, registration fees for families in need and allow
children in our local foster care system to participate in our program at no
cost to the fostering facility or fostering family.
Your contribution is not just a charitable contribution, but is also an
advertising opportunity. Your business will be advertised at all of our
home games and shortly on our webpage. Without the support of people
and businesses like you, we will not be able to reach our goals with these
children. We hope that your company will consider another needed year
of sponsorship towards the Panama City Beach Dolphins as well as a
