To partner with families as director of a creative children’s ministry program for the purpose of
bringing children into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ, helping them to grow in their love
for God and service to others.

Career Highlights
Leadership
• Directed volunteers and Sunday operations for a preschool ministry of a church with over 6,000
in attendance.
• Recruited, trained, scheduled and supervised staff of 40 employees for a large church’s
weekday childcare program.
• Promoted, Developed, and provided direction to lay leaders for a Vacation Bible School that
ministered to over 300 children.
Program Development
• Pioneered a Dallas inner-city ministry to children and their families including Bible clubs,
discipleship groups and church planting
• Designed a creative, interactive Fifth Grade Sunday School curriculum for multiple learning
styles
• Resolved a teacher shortage difficulty by developing a new substitute teaching system for a
large church’s children’s ministry program
• Designed curriculum and taught baptism classes to Elementary children which partnered with
parents, emphasizing the offer of salvation and the meaning of baptism.
