46 – Regional Transportation Authority
SUMMARY
The RTA produces an Annual Report, typically in January following the end of the fiscal year.
Additionally, a summary of the Annual Report findings is published in two local newspapers.
The FY 16 Annual Report advertisement ran in the Arizona Daily Star on Monday, Dec. 25,
2016, as a full page advertisement in the second section of the newspaper. The advertisement
also appeared in the Green Valley News & Sun on Dec. 25, 2016.
PRIOR BOARD AND/OR COMMITTEE ACTION
This is an Annual report on the project and financial status of the RTA, produced with the
oversight of the RTA Citizens Accountability for Regional Transportation (CART)
Committee.
TECHNICAL, POLICY, LEGAL OR OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
The publication of the Annual Report is a requirement of ARS §48-5304.5.
