American ESTA Application Pack

Here is a checklist of the documents you will need to provide:
AMERICAN ESTA VISA APPLICATION FORM – Please find enclosed. This must be signed and dated.
CLIENT DECLARATION FORM - Please find enclosed. This must be signed and dated.

If you are travelling to America for business or tourist purposes,
You will need an ESTA visa.
The ESTA is valid for 2 years allowing stays of up to 90 days at a time.
All passengers travelling to America MUST hold a passport with an integrated chip.
Anyone who has travelled to Iraq, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Libya, Somalia or Yemen since 1 March
2011 or who are dual nationals of these states, can no longer travel to the US under the visa
waiver program.
If you are ineligible for an American ESTA, you must apply for a Full American Visa.
