Responsibilities

‐ Providelegaladviceandsupporttolegalissues.

‐ Managelegalprocess,litigationsandbusinesstransactions.

‐ Analyzeandidentifylegalrisksand

implications.

‐ Draft,review,negotiateandadministerlegalandtransactionaldocumentations.

‐ Liaisewithexternallegalcounseland/orspecialists.

‐ Handleadhocassignments.

‐ Keepmanagementabreastofallnewlawsandregulationsthatmayhave

implicationstotheCompany.



Requirements:

‐ HongKongQualifiedSolicitorwithatleast

6yearsofpostqualifiedexperience

gainedinprivatepracticeand/orin‐house.

‐ Extensiveknowledgeofcommerciallaws ,especiallyHongKongandPRClawsand

regulations.

‐ Excellentproblem‐solving,analyticalandorganizationalskills;

‐ Self‐drivenandresourceful;

‐ Soundinterpersonalandcommunicationskills;

‐ Excellentwrittenandspoken

EnglishandChinese;

‐ Abletoworkunderpressureandmeetdeadlines.
