(3) Site Plans – refer to Engineering Site Plan Checklist for
Primary Structure
(4) Building Plans – one stamped copy will be returned with the
permit to the contractor after approval
Engineering Review Fee ($680)
Culvert Permit Application and Fee ($600)
Kane County Health Department Permit (Septic) Receipt
KDOT Road Improvement Impact Fee Receipt
Road Bond ($10,000)
HOA Approval Letter Signed and Dated (if applicable)
Revised Blueprints - submit 3 copies (village, contractor, and inspector)
Final Permit Fee TBD after Plan Review is complete from the
Building Inspector; Payable at time of Permit Pick-up.
