I CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Superintendent of Banking Ronald L. Hansen.
II MINUTES
The minutes of the regular meeting held November 24, 2015, were reviewed. Ms. Miller
moved that the minutes of the November meeting be approved. The motion was seconded
by Mr. Rodari. The motion carried by unanimous voice vote of the members present.
III FINANCIALS
A. OPERATING STATEMENTS
Operating Statements for the Division of Banking for the quarter ended
December 31, 2015, and year to date as of January 31, 2016, were reviewed.
B. BUDGET MATTERS
The budgeting process for the next fiscal year has begun. IDOB has asked for an
increase in its budget of approximately $800,000. The budget hearing was held
November 30. The Governor is recommending that our request be approved.
