When writing a Letter of Interest (LOI) as a broadcaster to confirm initial discussions with an applicant are according the guidelines for a project it's important to include specific details and convey your intentions clearly.
Here are some key elements to include in your letter:
- Remember to proofread your letter for clarity, grammar, and spelling errors before sending it.
- A well-written and persuasive Letter of Interest can help you make a positive impression and initiate further discussions with the receiver.
- Project Title;
- Production Company;
- Parent Company;
- Individual Producer;
- Providing a letter of interest for the project from a broadcaster
- The application's fiscal year.
The broadcaster confirms that following initial discussions with the Applicant and in accordance with {{Section Number}} of the {{Guidelines}}, it is willing to discuss the project further with the Applicant. The Applicant wishes to conduct a pre-development phase with financial assistance from the {{program}} with the broadcaster's financial support. While the broadcaster may show an interest in the project, it is important to keep in mind that this does not necessarily constitute a commitment to pursue further stages of the project's development or production.
