What to do when the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) kicks in in your environment? Check out this checklist and consider each step:
- Clean and disinfect often
- Wash your hands; 20 seconds with soap and warm water (every event or regularly)
- Cover coughs and sneezes
- Take daily at least 1000mg vitamins C. Also take vitamins B6, E
- Wear a facemask if you feel sick (standard or N95 surgical in crowded areas)
- Daily check your temperature, call a doctor if you have symptoms and fever above 38°C or 100.4°F
- Social distancing: 1.5 m / 6 ft is safest from infectious droplet spread
- Work remote, if your boss allows it
- Get your flu shot
- Medic visits - Cancel all non-essential face-to-face medic
- Travel - cancel all non-essential travel and social meetings
- Slowly stock up on food and essentials
- Take care of your mental health
- Read about viruses; get your knowledge from verified reliable sources
- Do not panic and keep your sanity
