The parties hereby agree that this Agreement has been made in the Commonwealth of Virginia and that the appropriate court for the City of Newport News, Virginia, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Newport News Division, shall be the exclusive forums in which any action in any way involving, arising under, or interpreting this Agreement shall be brought for any matter not subject to the dispute resolution procedure set forth in paragraph 10.l..
