How to report an IT Incident the proper way? What should be in an IT incident report? What is an incident in IT?

The definition of an Information Technology (IT) Incident, is that it refers to an unexpected event that disrupts business operational processes or reduces the quality of a service.

An incident can refer to any event can all be described as incidents. Any unanticipated event that interferes with company operations or lowers service quality is referred to as an IT incident.
