How to create a Client Call List?

Every day brings new projects, emails, documents, and task lists, and often it is not that different from the work you have done before. Many of our day-to-day tasks are similar to something we have done before. Don't reinvent the wheel if you need a registry form for new customers.

All new clients must fill out this form, which must also be updated by recurring clients whenever information changes. To deliver essential, effective, and expected service from "ORGANIZATION" departments, the information is required. Please use this to update your information, current clients. If you have any inquiries, call us.

USE EXTRA CAUTION: Responses to risks to life safety or other serious/critical conditions are based on the information you supply. When finished, kindly double-check the data. Must the same individual be listed many times? Each time, kindly enter the information.

PASSWORD: a designation for any legitimate system user. To access information on your system, make modifications, send requests, and identify users in the alarm verification process, password identification is necessary. NOTE: The password you select should be simple.

Information about the subscriber, including location, state, zip code, phone number, website, etc.

TEXT MESSAGE, EMAIL: Please give these so that your system can receive the appropriate updates, information, and notifications. Note: We only send vital information by fax or email when there is a valid reason to do so. Please review our privacy statement.

ENHANCED CALL VERIFICATION FOR CALL LIST: Before alerting the police, a second call is placed to a second contact once the premises have been called to confirm the validity of the burglar alarm (please see materials on Enhanced Call Verification). For burglar alarms, Enhanced Call Verification is the ONLY option.
CALL LIST: Following the notification of authorities of an alert, we call the people on your Call until one of them has been contacted (must be familiar with your system and how it works). You must include at least three names. They are called in the order you list them on the call list: number one is called first, followed by number two, etc.

CELL LIST: A text messaging cell phone list. Add up to three.

ORGANIZATION CONTACTS: Please give department contacts, phone numbers, and email addresses as appropriate.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR: A person with the power to add, remove, and modify system users, codes, and settings.

LANDMARK/Junction: Significant structure or landmark, road or intersection closest to your place of business or residence - this aids law enforcement and service professionals in more quickly and precisely locating the site.
Police and fire agencies, along with their emergency numbers, are those that have jurisdiction over your location.
